SINGAPORE / JAKARTA, INDONESIA – August 16, 2022 – TG SEA Development, an authorized developer of global golf entertainment leader Topgolf Entertainment Group, today announces plans to bring the Topgolf experience to Jakarta, Indonesia. The first Topgolf sports and entertainment complex in Indonesia will open right next to Megatown Fatmawati in South Jakarta, which consists of One Belpark mall and office tower and a residential area. The location is close to CBD Simatupang and Jakarta’s first MRT line, Fatmawati Station.
The new Topgolf South Jakarta venue will be operated by PT Golf Entertainment Indonesia, the authorized developer of Topgolf in Indonesia, under a long-term lease and build-to-suit agreement with real estate developer PT Harmas Jalesveva.
Topgolf venues bring people together to play in a dynamic, technology-driven golf entertainment experience, offering fun for people of any age and any golf skill level. The concept is a proven hit with 78 venues across the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, UAE (Dubai), and Germany. Additionally, Topgolf Megacity will be the first venue operated by TG SEA Development Pte., Ltd., opening its doors in Bangkok, Thailand, on 17 August 2022.
Topgolf South Jakarta will employ approximately 400 people. In addition to 102 group-sized, outdoor golf hitting bays, the complex will feature multiple bars and restaurants, VIP spaces, large event rooms, and much more, making Topgolf the ideal destination for sports, leisure and events.
